Scott Schneiderman
manages a small advisory firm focused on evaluating and executing middle
market buyouts. He was a Director at The CIT Group in their private equity group
focusing on executing and managing private equity investments (primarily
middle market buyouts and growth equity financings). While at CIT, he was
instrumental in completing and exiting several investments across numerous
manufacturing industries. Prior to joining CIT, Scott was with Booz Allen
& Hamilton Inc., a consulting company, and BZW, Barclays Bank Plc in
their Mergers and Acquisitions group, where he was involved in the
execution of over ten transactions, aggregating nearly $4BN in enterprise value.
He started his career as an analyst with J.P. Morgan & Co.
He holds an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business
Administration at Dartmouth
College where he was
a Tuck Scholar. He also has a BA in economics with Highest Honors
from University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill. He studied International Economics at London School of
Economics and Political Science.
