Director
Dirk was a Vice President in Ernst & Young Corporate
Finance LLC's New York
office in their Restructuring Advisory Services Group where he represented
distressed corporations and their creditor constituencies in both
out-of-court restructurings and formal bankruptcy proceedings. While at
EYCF, he was involved with transactions primarily in the manufacturing,
retail, telecommunication and transportation industries. Before joining EYCF,
he worked for Radix Organization, Inc., a private investment company
concentrating in mergers & acquisitions, asset management and
investment advisory services with $100 million under management. Dirk also
worked at Air Express International, a full service international logistics
company providing air, ocean, truck, rail and multimodal transportation as
well as customs house brokerage services. He has a very strong operational
background having worked in all aspects of operations, including business development,
finance, sales and marketing.
Dirk is currently a member of the Association of Insolvency
and Reorganization Advisors and is Certified Insolvency and Reorganization
Advisor. Dirk is also a licensed Customs House Broker. He received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh
University and a Masters of
Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
