Greg came to Spinnaker Group after being with Callahan
Associates International LLC as an Assistant Controller for International
Investments where he managed the closing process for numerous transactions
in addition to overseeing the operations of portfolio companies. Callahan
& Associates is an international private equity fund focused on
European telecom transactions and is currently the largest cable television
provider in Europe. Greg developed,
implemented and managed the operational finance function for 5 European
cable investment companies with a combined equity investment of $2.6
billion by 27 investors. Prior to joining Callahan, Greg worked at R.H.
Donnelley Inc. as the Manager of Corporate Accounting and Finance
responsible for establishing and managing corporate accounting and
reporting functions. Prior to that, Greg was a Senior Auditor at Price
Waterhouse, LLP where he managed audit, due diligence and SEC reporting
activities for several clients.
He completed his studies in accounting at NYU's Stern School
of Business and holds a BS from St. Lawrence University in Economics.
